 Creating Homes That Inspire 

Aimee and Scott were commencing their fourth build, second on the Peninsula. With a three generation family all under one roof, it was important to create a home that provide everyone with a home that met their needs as a family but also additional privacy for Grandma. 

Trish was able to help suggest ideas and design tips that ensured everyone was happy. She designed a home with everyone’s requirements in mind, that complimented the block and ensured luxury whilst not exceeding the budget. She then assisted with enhancing the facade a few months later further adding a touch of elegance to the property.

 Designing with Vision

Shelley and Lloyd engaged South East Property Agent for a home design on their Newport block. With a blended family of five children, shift work, and a love of entertaining, Trish created a home that was both practical and beautiful.

She maximised the canal and ocean views, brought in natural light through the central courtyard, and designed multiple living zones. Every detail—from the triple garage to the private ground floor master suite—was carefully considered.

Even though they ultimately decided not to build, Trish’s design captured everything they wanted. Her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine passion made the process enjoyable and stress-free.

  Balancing Style & Function
 

Karlie worked with Trish on two projects - a kitchen renovation at her home and a new office fit-out at a commercial unit - and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Trish took the time to really listen and understand the brief, translating ideas into thoughtful, creative, and functional designs.
